About Us

iqos-abudhabi.ae is an online store based in Abu Dhabi. We sell IQOS ILUMA devices, TEREA and HEETS sticks, LAMBDA devices and accessories to adult customers, and we deliver across all seven emirates.

What we sell

How we work

  • We sell online only. There is no walk-in shop, so every order is delivered to your door.
  • You can order on this website or send us a message on WhatsApp.
  • You pay when the order arrives, in cash or by card machine. Bank transfer is also available.
  • Cartons arrive factory sealed. We do not open cartons or repack sticks.
  • Delivery is free on orders of AED 200 or more. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for charges and timings.

Why so many TEREA editions?

TEREA is made for different countries, and each market has its own flavours and price. The stick and the nicotine level are the same in every edition. Carrying several editions lets you pick a lower price, such as Indonesia at AED 120 a carton, or a wider choice of flavours, such as the Japan range. Our TEREA flavours guide explains the differences colour by colour.

An independent retailer

We are an independent shop. We are not owned by, endorsed by or connected to Philip Morris International. IQOS, ILUMA, TEREA and HEETS are trademarks of Philip Morris Products S.A.

Adults only

Our products contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are for adult smokers aged 18 and over. We may ask for ID at delivery and we cancel any order placed by a minor. Read our Age Policy.
