Warranty Coverage

  • ✅ All products come with a 2-day warranty covering factory defects.
  • ✅ A valid IQOS-AbuDhabi.ae invoice number is required to process any warranty claims.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

  • ✅ Refund or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of purchase. After this period, claims are void.
  • ✅ Items must be returned in unused, new condition, packed in the original factory packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Factory defects
  2. Packaging mistakes

Refund Policy

  • After inspection, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Situations Not Covered by Warranty

  • Abuse or misuse of any kind
  • Dropping the device
  • Scratches or cosmetic damage
  • Force majeure events
  • Items opened or tampered with by unauthorized parties
  • Items already covered by another warranty
  • Items repaired by unauthorized personnel
  • Issues caused by third-party software
  • Alterations or modifications
  • Products with missing or defaced serial numbers

E-Liquids

  • No returns or refunds for e-liquids, as taste preferences are subjective.
  • E-liquids cannot be returned even if unopened, unused, or sealed unless an incorrect product was sent in error.

Indemnification

By using our website, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold IQOS-AbuDhabi.ae harmless against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your use of the website.
