Delivery & Return

This page is a short summary of delivery and returns at iqos-abudhabi.ae. The full rules are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund Policy. If anything here differs, those two pages apply.

Delivery

• We deliver to all seven emirates, inside the UAE only.
• Free delivery on orders of AED 200 or more, after any discount.
• Below AED 200: standard delivery AED 30, express delivery AED 50.
• Usual times: Abu Dhabi same day; Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman same day or next day; Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain next day. These are typical times, not guarantees.

Payment and receiving your order

• Pay by cash on delivery, card machine on delivery, or bank transfer. There is no online card payment on the website.
• The full amount must be paid before the driver hands over the order.
• You must be 18 or over. The driver may ask to see your Emirates ID or passport.
• Need to change your address? Contact us as soon as possible, before the order is out for delivery.

Returns

We accept returns for factory defects or packing mistakes (wrong, damaged or missing items). Tell us within 2 days and keep the item in its original packaging. Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer or cash. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions.
