Order Timing & Delivery Schedule
✔️ Orders placed before 12 midnight are eligible for next-day delivery.
✔️ Deliveries are available 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Process
✔️ We strive to ship your order by noon on the next working day. However, unforeseen emergencies or severe weather conditions may cause delays.
✔️ Customers can choose between standard or expedited delivery options. Additional fees for expedited services will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Responsibilities
✔️ We do not ship items with a “signature required” option. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment.
✔️ The company is not liable for lost or damaged items during transit.
✔️ Pre-order items have different delivery timelines, which are specified on the product description page.

Shipping Addresses
✔️ Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
✔️ Shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Requirements
✔️ Couriers will hand over your delivery only when you provide your Emirates ID or Passport and pay the total invoice amount.
✔️ You must be over 18 years of age to place an order. Orders placed by underage individuals will result in a forfeiture of payment.

Delivery Charges

✔️ A AED 30 standard delivery fee applies to orders below AED 280.
✔️ Orders with a total value of AED 280 or above qualify for free delivery.
✔️ Unless stated otherwise, shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only.
