Decoding Heets Packaging: Everything You Need to Know

Decoding HEETS packaging is easier than it looks. The pack tells you the blend, the market it was made for and whether it fits your device. This guide explains what each part of a HEETS pack and carton means and what to check when your order arrives. HEETS contain nicotine and are not risk free.
Pack and carton sizes
- One pack: 20 HEETS sticks.
- One carton: 10 packs, so 200 sticks.
Our cartons are factory sealed. We do not open or repack them.
Colour and name: the blend
Each HEETS blend has its own colour and name on the front of the pack, such as Amber, Bronze, Silver, Turquoise or Yellow. The colour helps you spot your blend quickly. It shows the flavour style, not a nicotine level. For taste notes, see HEETS flavour profiles.
Health warnings and language: the market
HEETS are made for many countries. Each edition carries health warnings, text and tax stamps for its own market, so a Kazakhstan edition looks different from packs made for other countries. Different warnings do not mean the product is fake. The edition is shown on our product pages.
“HEETS” vs “TEREA” on the pack: the device
The brand name on the pack tells you which device it fits:

This is the most important thing to check. Using the wrong stick can damage your device.
What to check when your order arrives
- The carton is sealed and the outer wrap is intact.
- The blend name and colour match what you ordered.
- The brand (HEETS or TEREA) matches your device.
- Packs are not crushed or wet.
If something is wrong, for example a packing mistake or a damaged carton, report it within 2 days and keep the original packaging. See our refund policy.
Storing your packs
Keep packs closed, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sun. UAE summer heat in a parked car is not a good place to leave them.
